1. Initial Consultation
(Free & Remote) Contact us via phone, text, email, or form. Tell us about the property—we’ll discuss your needs and timeline over Zoom or call, no travel required.
2. Property Assessment
We visit the Florida home with you or send you a full video walk-through or detailed photos of inventory. You approve from anywhere in the U.S.
3. Custom Plan & Pricing
We research, price, and organize everything—from antiques to everyday items. Our 20+ years of experience ensures maximum value, with no upfront fees.
4. Auction or Sale Execution
We run the sale (online via HiBid and/or in-person estate sale), advertise locally and nationally, and manage all buyers. HOA restrictions or remote sales? We have solutions like online auctions.
5. Cleanup & Payout
Depending on your needs, we can arrange for the house to be left broom-clean, leftovers donated to the charity of your choice or hauled at our expense. You get a check/Zelle within 10 days of completion.
6. Please remember to remove all photos, legal and personal paper work. If out of town, no problem we’ll box them and ship to you.
